Chao Asian Food and Sushi easily satisfied my craving. My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed maki rolls, tempura shrimp, and a shared sushi platter. I love temaki rolls, think of seaweed shaped into a cone, filled with rice, fish, cucumber, etc... Chao's version included avocado, which added a creamy texture and flavor, to accompany the fresh salmon. Plus, I requested that mine be prepared spicy, which they were happy to do. It was SO good, between the three of us, we pursed 1 normal and 3 spicy :-) This friendly restaurant is located very close to the cathedral and to the Ludwig museum. You'll find it overlooking the Rheine. I recommend making a visit to Chao to satisfy your sushi cravings.

Service was ok and in line with the number of customers. More of a fast food layout for the tables and seating. Became somewhat encroaching as the number of customers increased. Will go again, but not in the immediate future. Need more reviews and other customer assessment.
