The office receptionist and staff were kind, but if you want someone to actually listen to you and offer actual help with your mental diagnosis/issues and not just over medicate you, I would advise, NEVER coming here. I think that it is also helpful to note that I am 22 years old and I have never had a history of seizures until I took half a pill of the prescribed medication that Perma Mental Health provided.

They recommended I go two or three times a week! That's a whole lot of third dimensional, tripping your balls off! I would only recommend this facility if you enjoy hallucinating every other day. Apparently that's his solution to your mental problems. Having been under this delusional medical treatment For three years, and additionally treated very poorly at the end, I can say without question I feel much better after discontinuing the ketamine treatment. The ketamine treatments made my mental problems much worse overtime! If you have mental illness, be very careful, trusting Dr. Wills Honestly, I feel like they're just drug pushers! It's very surprising how much they want you to go in and use party drugs(ketamine). Then again there's a ton of money in selling drugs. Look at how this place has spread!! They started out very small and they started peddling ketamine And grew incredibly fast all over the state of Idaho! This has nothing to do with psychiatric care. They get paid a ton of money to have you take ketamine and that's their main objective. Be very cautious of this man in his tactics

I was in touch with their Twin Falls office and had my records transferred in August before I moved and let them know that I would make an appointment when I arrived, as I was unsure of my new work schedule at the time. When my appointment was made (I chose an available date provided to me BY THEM!), they waited until the day before my appointment to notify me they would have to do a telehealth visit - when I specifically requested an in-person consultation as this would be my first visit with a new provider. I did not opt for telehealth and instead made a second appointment for an in-person consultation. When I was finally able to be seen, the provider (Bradley Martin) was dismissive and could not have been less bothered to treat me. When i asked about refills of a prescription i was told that I would need to take an electronic test and then based on the results we could move forward. I then scheduled a THIRD appointment for this test. After looking at the results Bradley Martin told me the test was invalid (inconclusive would be more accurate) and said that if I wanted I could try taking it again - or he refer me somewhere that also offered similar testing. Additionally - when reviewing the results, he was unable to tell me what all the indications/measures meant. I was flabbergasted- how can you solely rely on a computer test to diagnose, when he doesn't even know what all the values MEAN?! Is that not what his schooling and professional evaluation and assessments are for?!?! This is the worst healthcare professional I have ever met, and I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years. If this provider is indicative of the mental health professionals that this facility has to offer stay far, FAR away, and it's no wonder that the mental health community in Twin Falls is so grossly underserved. It would behoove them to show some care and respect for their patients and treat them like PEOPLE instead of just data. I am beyond frustrated and will make sure to tell every person I meet, to avoid this facility and more importantly, this provider - Bradley Martin - like the plague.
