On June 8th, 2026 I did a business transaction with H3 Designs of Massena, NY and hired them to create a web design. The owner of the company never fulfilled their obligations and will not answer any communications to make things right! This has cost me several thousand dollars. read more

Horrible company. They charge $250 annually for a basic Wordpress site, but will not update…read moreanything. Wordpress is out of date, information is wrong, they didn't even set up email for my domain. I also didn't have administrative access. They will just not give it to you. Unbelievable how bad they are. When I posed as a customer asking how to contact the farm (because the email on the site was wrong) I received a short and snippy reply with "Sent from my iPod" at the bottom. Do not use this company. If you want to keep your domain, you have to stay with them for life apparently. We tried to leave and they would not transfer the domain to us. They sold it to a Japanese company and we will not ever get it back now. Just terrible. I am shocked they are even in business.

I had a great experience working with H3 Design . From start to finish, they were extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood the entire process. Any time I had a question, they were quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. Their customer service was friendly, professional, and reliable. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values communication and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend H3 Design to anyone looking for quality service and a team that genuinely cares about their clients. read more

The owner has been the worst business owner that I have ever done business with. He is dishonest and lacks integrity. I have lost money dealing with him and his business. He has sent me messages full of untruthful information and outright lies!!! read more

Being a bridal shop having a strong website is key since I rely on bookings and many will come through the website. Her process was super organised and easy, and honestly from the first draft of the website I was already happy. She saw exactly what I was going for and brought it to life perfectly! I couldn't be happier with how the site turned out and would 100% recommend Jen at to anyone looking for a web designer. I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome!!!
