I complained about it and they didn't fix it. A year later, I was having issues with a valve they put in shooting water out, called and guy told me to put a brass plug in it and move on. Bought the plug and put it in, water then started coming out of the overflow valve. Had another company come out and the cost to fix everything including the blown overflow tank is 2400$. After having a 6000$ boiler put in, 2 years later another 2400 to fix their work. The system was pressurized well above what the overflow tank can handle and caused the liner to pop. Can't recommend this company. Trash.

**BUYER BEWARE!!!!!**…read more We had used Valley for years and will no longer be using them for anything. Dan sold us a bad unit years ago. The thing had been acting up so we called them out. He sends out his tech Mike. Mike proceeded to tell us how bad this unit is, that it's junk, etc. Not realizing that VALLEY was the one that sold it to us. So we pay Mike $200 to "fix" our unit. He sprays it with the hose. Takes half the lid off. Tests the pressure. Tells us it's fixed. We get home later that evening to the entire unit frozen than worse before. So we call them again... We had to wait two days for a call back. They didn't call back until I called for a 3rd time. Mind you it was 95 degrees in my house in the meantime. They send Mike out again. Who was over an hour late for our appointment, to scope our vent, which took less than 5 minutes and could have been done the first time. He then tells us "you" have to clean it out, to use a shop vac and reach in there and scrub it. Wait a minute, aren't we paying you to fix it? Mike then proceeds to tell us how he'd need another guy to help him pull it out and he can't do it by himself. Excuses. Mike also tried to sell us a NEW unit instead of fixing the one that's under warranty for another 5 years. So he doesn't make an appointment with us. We don't hear from them. More avoidance. We have to chase them down. I finally get Dan on the phone 5 days later, only for him to tell me they want to charge me between $500 and $800 dollars to "clean" my AC unit. Then he tells me we're going to need a cleaning once a year..... what?? What a racket! He never once took responsibility for the poor service we received, the bad unit they sold us, or avoiding us for days on end. Do not spend your money here. They will take advantage of you. They will bilk you. They will try to get you to spend exorbitant amounts on "maintenance". Then they will try to sell you a new unit when yours isn't even halfway through the warranty, cause they don't want to eat the costs on a bad product. They're unprofessional. They're rude. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

In the past, I had called 2 different heating companies to look at the boiler in my house. Both companies said my boiler was working fine, but yet my 2nd floor was still cold. I had called Lawerence plumbing to look at my furnace. Lawerence plumbing sent 2 technicians, Sam and Ed. It only took 5 minutes and they found the problem. The PSI in the water system was only at 5 Lbs, when it should have been at 15 Lbs. The valves that controls the water pressure in the boiler was corroded and stuck. The boiler system was old, and several other valves were also in need of replacement. Surprisingly, they were able to replace the old worn-out parts without breaking other parts. That's always the fear of working on old plumbing, things tend to snowball. They had to replace some bleeder valves on two of the radiators also. To make a long story short, Sam and Ed did a terrific job fixing my boiler. They were able to restore heat to my 2nd-floor without costing me a small fortune. If I ever need a plumber again, I will gladly call Lawerence Plumbing. They did a terrific job at an honest price. If I do call them again, I hope they send Sam & Ed again. Those two guys really know their stuff. Thanks Lawerence Plumbing and Heating

They do not believe in "witching" a well to find the best possible spot to drill... and stated " over 70% of the time you drill a hole anywhere you get water "...well, not this time apparently ! The old well was 50 ft. away and made great water, but caved in over the years, which required drilling a new one due to the location of the old one. They pick a spot based on convenience of burying the pipe and wire instead of "witching" it to find the best source of ground water flow. In the beginning, they kept asking me where I wanted the new one drilled instead of recommending a spot...WTF that's why I called you in the first place... I'm not a well driller !... and apparently neither are you now that I wasted $5000 dollars on the results of your talents. After this event, I've spoken with numerous individuals that have had to pay for 2 holes being drilled because the first one they picked didn't make any water at all. That's ok, he only charges half price for the hole that didn't produce any water. This sound like a money scam to me and a great way to earn more income on holes that don't have to be cased or finished. Just pick another spot and drill again...at your cost. Consumers think twice before picking this company to drill your new well, you might be in for a money scam like myself and others have apparently been a victim of.

5 Stars - Highly Recommend!…read more I live in the state of Florida and recently needed to find a reputable HVAC company to check out my daughter's AC unit in Pennsylvania. I made a phone call and had the pleasure of speaking with Emily, who was incredibly helpful and professional. She scheduled service for the very next day, which was a huge relief. The technician was prompt, thorough, and professional throughout the entire visit. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free for my daughter and her husband. Moreover, the technician called me to update me of what was going on with her unit and his findings. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, reliable HVAC service.

After roughly 10 separate service visits over two seasons, they finally admitted the root cause: they had improperly sized and installed the wrong unit for our home. Although they acknowledged the mistake and agreed to replace it, months have gone by with zero progress while they allegedly wait on an insurance claim. Meanwhile, our home is sitting at nearly 80% relative humidity. The extreme moisture is now actively damaging our property--causing wooden doors and window frames to swell. This doesn't even account for the fact there are health considerations also at these levels. The complete lack of urgency to fix their own error has turned a bad situation into a total nightmare.

Not only was our heat exchanger broken, but most of the circuit boards were fried. Blowing not only CO2 into our house but they also made us aware of a scary possible electrical problem in our electrical supply or the electrical in our home, for the boards to be fried but it never popped the breaker.. The owner of the business came out the next day to give us a quote. He checked all the returns, the supply, the duct work and the furnace itself. Went over our budget and our needs before giving us information on what he felt were our best options. He was extremely friendly and very polite. And was very upset he didn't have any space heaters to lend us to keep us warm in the meantime.. which I never expected him to offer in the first place. After we gave him the go ahead they started work Thursday October 13th. Immediately got it running to the point that we had heat! Yay!! Now we did require more work than the simple swapping of furnaces so the install took three full days, Thursday, Friday and Monday. But every single person at our home, was courteous and polite, neat with not only their work but between days, and left the area spotless when they left. What the owner, Greg, said was very true..
