The owner and his employees have always been polite, professional, and friendly. They helped us find exactly what we wanted (grey suits with blue ties and blue vests to match my bridesmaids) and the guys all looked amazing on the big day. Everything arrived on time and fit perfectly the first time. Thank you for being so easy to work with during such a stressful time! Hands down 5 stars!

I had Reagan as my stylist and I will not be back due to her thinning out my hair without…read morepermission. She told me she wasn't using thinning shears and was just "giving texture". I literally have half the thickness of hair, no volume, and it just looks lifeless. It's also half an inch shorter on one side versus the other. Her only way to rectify this situation is to try and fix it but I will not let her touch my hair ever again. She's quite rude over text, constantly deflecting and gaslighting the customer. Definitely do not recommend. Apparently no refunds, even partial, are given from her, so this must be a common issue. I'd choose zero stars if I could.
