The person called and left a message telling me that if I didn't call him back, he would return the items to the store. I called back and the phone number just hung up on me. I tried to text, no answer, I called customer service, no help at all. The items that I needed for my granddaughters picnic tomorrow were returned to the store. The most horrible service ever. If I had Target close by, I would use Target they're great about it. They normally deliver within two hours with no extra charge. If I could give no stars, that's what they'd get.

This Walmart does a relatively great job with keeping their inventory stocked. It's in a convenient…read morelocation and the parking lot, though packed a lot, makes for great parking. And even then, you know, it's Walmart and the only one in Kinston so you should expect that. The cashiers are friendly here. They close at 12 AM so be advised. I haven't heard of any conflicts appearing in the parking lot in my many times there. They have self service by both entrances, with registers in-between them.

They have so many booths in here- a lot of antiques but also a bunch with crafts- almost like an in-person etsy. I did notice they seemed to be lacking furniture, and really heavy on the Knick knacks, but I suppose that can vary at any given time. This location has great lighting, a shared parking lot that isn't too bad given it's in a shopping…read morecenter, is relatively clean, and had courteous employees. The merchandise is stocked pretty well though some sections needed restocking and reorganizing. If you've never been to Big Lots, they have a wealth of goods they sell. I in particular enjoy their furniture section and the healthy snacks they have here. The cashier was friendly, and the location was huge. I don't recall being greeted though, nor we're there associates on the floor to ask you if you needed help, but the cashier was willing to help out when asked with no problem at all. Overall, great experience and no outstanding problem with this location. I recommend.
