These folks lied. They said the position would be till 10pm and would absolutely provide PSU tuition discount! Not only have I since confirmed that I would never be able to get tuition discount with this position, I have been working till 11 or later almost every single night. Terrible. They will say anything to get you involved in a position,. I'm not even sure if this job isn't just a TEMPORARY POSITION!!! My previous encounters with temp agencies made me skeptical at first, but I wanted to cover all my bases in my job search so I made an appointment with the HR Office. As soon as I walked in the door the staff were friendly and helpful. They explained their process, how their services worked and what I could expect. They offer skill testing in Typing, MS Word and MS Excel to highlight your efficiency to potential employers and ask for specific details on what kinds of jobs you are most interested in. Over the next month and a half the staff called me repeatedly with potential jobs that I could express interest in applying to or decline. They worked with me until I accepted a temp position and I have just been recently hired full time for the same position. I highly recommend the HR Office.
