The practice is vey friendly, and you do not usually have to wait very long to see a doctor. I usually saw Dr Morgan, the female doctor, who was very friendly, and helpful. When I did not want antibiotics she went the extra mile to find the right drugs for me.

They are always easy to get hold of and I have always been able to see them on the day that I've called for an appointment. They always seem sympathetic to your illness/injury. I've been back and forth to them a lot recently with various things, and they have never thought as me as a hyperchondriac but have continued to see me until a diagnosis has been found. Since then they have been very supportive even phoning me back if I've had any questions.

Also it was set up to service the houses in the Northgate Village Development so if you move into a house there you are automatically eligable to sign up. The reception staff are always very helpful and will do their best to get you an appointment at short notice. The doctors that I have seen there have been very professional (obviously!) and courteous, giving very helpful advice. You also feel that they are listening to you properly and giving you a good amount of time (they don't push you out of the door). The best thing is that there is a pharmacy build onto the surgery so you can very quickly pick up your perscriptions as well as usual cold, flu medicines, bandages etc. If you live in Northgate Village then you should definitely sign up, before you get ill!

THIS was my main reason for choosing this surgery in order to avoid long waiting times when ringing the surgery. Unfortunately, the promise of online appointment booking is an empty one. Since my registration in January 2015 I've been told that they are planning to implement online appointment booking - but when, no-one knows. That suggestion may be as empty as the promise to offer that service on the website in the first place... At least, receptionists are friendly, despite of the numerous amount of unhappy discontent customers they probably have to deal with on a daily basis.
