The young ladies that helped me were helpful, without being pushy. My experience was very positive. My one regret is I should have bought more. The pants fit me perfectly and dress with a heel is perfect. I was advised how to care for items. Cool wash, hang dry. I have washed two of the items and they did not shrink, still a great fit! The headbands made great gifts for friends, again, wish I would have bought more.
