This store has some pricy wares but are out to scam people. When i went to return the shoes (unopened and as is in their box - they first said they won't accept returns on saturdays but come back within 10 days. I checked their website and it said they will process returns within 10 days if the item is returned in good condition. I went back another day (well within 10 days) and tried to return the shoes - which was still in the package, never opened. And they refused to accept it. The lady said 'in all of Italy, no one will accept returned goods'! My suggestion is to skip this place go a few 100 ft down the street to the Armani Junior.
