These stores are very much alike. They have some low quality and mediocre quality clothes. Service is very nice. They offered a 10% discount on stained products, that's nice. My concern is with the new Burke's it can backfire on our small town putting both places out as this has happened when stores tried to compete in the past for Kingsvillans. One discount outlet is enough for this very small town.

Steph was my technician and she was super nice. She gave me all the oil change change options, knew what she was talking about, set me up in the Walmart system quick and painless, and she got me in and out quickly for a great price. It was a cool experience being able to shop while your car gets worked on. This Walmart has everything so there was plenty of things to look at. Of course I ended up spending some money while there. But truth be told sometimes I feel like Walmart is going to call security when I walk out the door because the deals are so good and cheap on some items I feel like I'm stealing from them. I didn't take many pics but I really enjoyed myself. I will definitely be back to the auto care center as well as rest of this store. But, I've experienced run-ins with a few strange people that work there. One, recently, wouldn't stop following me around. A lady followed me for over 20 minutes while I was shopping for dresses. She made me feel uncomfortable. She followed me as I shopped and told me her entire life story of how her Dad used to abuse her for acting like "kids these days. And kids these days get away with too much, a beating would straighten these kids up and that's what they need." so, she said. As for me, being an advocate against child abuse, the lady freaked me out. I was literally scared of her. I quickly left that department to escape the odd story tellings of her own acceptance of her father's abuse. Maybe Wal-Mart should offer their employees therapeutic services? Later on, I made sure she was gone and it was safe to go back to complete my shopping. Sux that I had to do that and never go back to Wal-Mart at night due to that incident. Overall, my favorite and the most impressive spot is still the Women's clothing - if I'm not followed or harassed by employees. For the past year, I have been finding lower priced summer dresses, cute ones and good items in clearance. It saves me from having to spend more on Amazon or Fashion Nova. I bought several dresses today for a little trip. I did like the style and fit, perfect for the weather lately.

Picked floor model mattress and box spring. Was given a diffrent matress and box spring. Matress smelt like wet rags. Deliver guy knew ANDREW did wrong but never said anything. Also picked out bed frame ANDREW said he had a truck coming in next week with it. Its been over a month and im paying for a product I dont have. I asked ANDREW to speak with a manager and got the run around... Later to find out he is the manager.... Upper management keeps giving excuses say oh i work two jobs etc... Never made it right. Had to get the floor model because ANDREW lied about having it in stock....mine you Covid... In the beginning I asked just to return bed frame and ill pay for matress because customer service is horrible and they dont deserve my money with all these lies. Andrew again lied said finance company was going to charge me restock fee of $300 + I said fine. Called finace place and they said that was a lie and it was up to them to issue refund they just needed to call. Called ANDREW he said ill work on it later to call me and say I cant do it... never happened. ANDREW kept ranting about binary contract which has nothing to do with this contract. Binary is another business type of agreement. But if anyone else is working there is workers walking in and put of the office even with a line of ten customers . One would hope the second or third employee would open the other register or at least help sack to expedite the transaction. I worked at the Dollar General warehouse in Oklahoma so I know how busy they can get.
