So they rescheduled me to come in to the main office in Williston. I was there for 3 hours! One of the employees there had her child, crying leaving the child up front for the customers to watch. Her child was hitting my 6 yr old son in the face. All the employees were new to doing taxes even the area manager. Very Disappointed and never again
