He explained they did not view the information correctly. He had one excuse after another. Promised to call them, he didn't. He had constant excuses for over two years. He talked about death in the family (several of them), then other excuses, one after another. I tried to be very patient, cause I can understand about family death and the stress that can cause in life. However, life goes on and David continued with his business but he still hasn't made it right even though he said he would. He didn't even reimburse me for at least the fees I paid him and for the fees charged by the state. He doesn't answer emails. Just basically ghosted me - took my money and ran.
