Have used them for @ 10 years always have been professional and courteous . They respect your time very helpful with e-reminders and confirmation calls. I recommend Michael Engle as a preparer he is very helpful , truthful and won't hard sell on products you may not need. The time it saves me and peace of mind that knowing I'm doing everything correctly and timely is well worth the price of admission. read more

We had an appointment at 1000 am on a Saturday. Arrived 5 minutes early and a woman came out and told us we would be seen in a few minutes. Finally seen a little after 1030. No apologies for the delay, no explanation as to why were not seen during our scheduled time. Apparently the manager of this business doesn't feel the need to have more than one person working with Tax Day less than a week out. The estimate to do our Taxes was $270, the actual bill was 48 dollars higher. If the bill was $280 or $290 that would be understandable, but I find the difference a little extreme. If their billing estimate is off by 15-16 (?) percent, how accurate are my returns? Next Year we will burn gas and go with someone in Chambersburg or Hagerstown instead. read more
