I've…read morenever met Pam, as she has not ever been in the office when I was there, nor has she ever contacted me. Her team are either inexperienced, not motivated or just incompetent. They are very nonchalant and have messed up every transaction I have had with them. They screwed up my transition from another state and I went without insurance over the weekend after both I and the other agent called them numerous times to make the transition. I attempted to change beneficiaries (in person) and Devin did not follow the correct process -- I received a notice in the mail that the change was not complete and I had to fill out another form and take it to him. When reviewing my life policy, he could not explain the higher premium that I would have next year, but he did say I would not get a notice of it to change my payments - and thus default on the policy. He said he wrote down to call me, but in light of all the other mishaps, I'm not going to take that chance. I'm changing agents this week. Despite her huge billboards, Pam is not "here to make life go right".

The only time she called was when i asked the receptionist for her license number as I was planning on filing a complaint with the Maryland Insurance Administration. Which I recently have. The agents at that location I cannot comment on, but DO NOT use Michelle Turner as your agent or you will fall through the cracks and suffer the consequences.

No apologies for the delay, no explanation as to why were not seen during our scheduled time. Apparently the manager of this business doesn't feel the need to have more than one person working with Tax Day less than a week out. The estimate to do our Taxes was $270, the actual bill was 48 dollars higher. If the bill was $280 or $290 that would be understandable, but I find the difference a little extreme. If their billing estimate is off by 15-16 (?) percent, how accurate are my returns? Next Year we will burn gas and go with someone in Chambersburg or Hagerstown instead.

Prices are not discussed, only a low figure is quoted in the beginning, with no attempts to breakdown services, and after chatting about for hours and having you sign on the signature line 20 times, sucker you with a price 4x the quote. I was also told I did not need my investment documents, and missed out on hundreds of dollars in returns due to losses on those investments. I chose this office because of its convenience, but feel I could have received better service and a more fair price if I had shopped elsewhere. I would not recommend this place, and will certainly not be back. I have tried to resolve this with the store, but they told me I'm on my own, or pay another $50 for the state return I was advised against filing.
