Sometimes late hours she would be working overtime not to only take care of us but others. That is not the integrity of entirety of my complaint other than this very large mistake that they have made the Walmart location on 31st St., Jackson Hewitt o employee interrupted me started yelling and arguing with me and said she was the manager I've never dealt with such unprofessional behavior I wouldn't even want her to work with a puppy or small animal or any pets a person like that does not need to be working with customer service I called the corporate office I keep getting the runaround and a promise of another call they charged me 580 some dollars for the service when I only work four hours year and only have one child to get a tax credit return off last year they mail me a check last year because because they overcharged me by $272 this company needs to be looked into and I insist on going farther not because the errors because errors happen but I'm gonna look further into this because the person that's working there at Walmart on 31st St. is a disgusting representation and explains why the service is poor thank you. I must add comically on the last note that the lady working at the front desk with an absolute angel thank God for her she did escalated the situation she was very professional kind and caring.
