I said how I didnt feel comfortable sending that but he made it seem like I had to fill out the intake form for the portal to be created.. without his response of any kind after some time I really dont feel confident that my information is safe. I have gone to the portal and deleted all that, but unfortunately I can not delete the intake form that was sent :( Definitely not the professional way it should have been handled on his end. Called first, and received voicemail with multiple businesses listed on recording (first flag)…read more Stopped by during normal business hours, and met a female assistant, who arranged to speak to owner (not present, second flag), and called me back to schedule appointment. I showed up for my appointment, and no one was there. I called the business number on the door, and the apparent owner answered. When I told him I was at his office for our scheduled appointment, he started telling me of all the issues as to why he wasn't there. I asked "if you were having all these problems didn't it occur to you to contact your appointment (me) and alert to the issues?" His response was "....uhh.....oh, I'm sorry about that....". Not exactly the response I was looking for, particularly someone I was considering to handle something as serious as my taxes! Proceed at your own peril!

Plenty of seating, though each seat is too close together and it could be very crowded and uncomfortable at peak times. Overall, it only took 15 minutes to go from start to finish when arriving 10 minutes after opening on a Thursday. Multiple reviews state that you should arrive within the first hour of opening, or just come in another day, and I would agree! This would be a very different experience if you had to stand outside during a hot summer day or during a rainstorm. Go early and save your sanity.
