NEVER EVER EVER will I use H&R Block!! Talk about 100% unprofessional. Tax preparer Pauly is horrible knows nothing about what she is doing. She messed up more than once on our taxes. She writes everything down on a damn post it note. Jo Anna the "senior" advisor is probably just as bad if not worse. My wife had to show her how to fill out her own paper work. If not she would have submitted our taxes again and they would have been wrong again.
Here we are in July and I still don't have my tax return due to their constant mistakes. Pauly used our wrong address and our wrong bank account number. This made us have to do a stop payment which they will only do after 90days of the first check being issued. 90days!! And did they bother to tell us this!? Nope you guessed it they did not.
Then there's Carmen the manager she helped some but still did nothing to resolve this on going issue. Peter the manager of all the branches calls me as well only to tell me pretty much it's no longer June like we told you it's going to be August now when they reissue the check!! August! I guess I can tell my landlord and other bills I have to pay that they have to wait cause H&R Block doesn't know what the hell the are doing.
It's always someone's fault with them. When my money was confirmed being on their possession and that they made so many mistakes but I'm the one paying for it in the end. I will NEVER file with them again and I would NEVER EVER in a million years recommend them to my worst enemy.
I am so over the lies they kept telling me and playing around with my money. There is nothing I can do cause they always keep passing the buck onto someone else, telling me on Emerald our banking has it.
