I made it clear that all I wanted was my bankruptcy removed and what told by a representative named Penny that because of the bankruptcy I filed it should be removed. After 10 months of paying the monitoring service and paying for stamps and certified mail it was not removed. Every time I would call I was told that someone would get back to me and when they didn't they would always say their was an emergency they had yo take care of. The manager Karen then told me after I complained that it wasn't removed that there was no guarantee that it would be removed when I was told on 2 prior conversations that it would be. I was immediately dropped from the program after I complained. Avoid this business at all cost. If just one person reads this review and does not use this company this review will be worth it.
