We packaged all the required documents and made a copy for ourselves. Our taxes were filed and even though we paid quarterly we still owed, no problem. Then I received a notice that my Marketplace insurance 1095 form was not submitted with our returns, I notified the CPA firm and they asked that I send a copy of the letter and the missing document to them to submit. They already had the form in their possession but had returned my original documents to me. I was annoyed because we paid $465.00 to them to accurately submit our returns. I also sent the documentation to the IRA because now my confidence was shaky. Last month, we received another letter from the IRS that the return was incorrect and we were now owed monies, which they sent. Now we are really mad because we were clearly audited by the IRS to see that our returns were wrong. I have left Robert Clothier 2 phone messages and an email wanting an apology, explanation or anything and also said that they clearly messed up our returns and a partial refund would be the least they could do. We have not heard word one from them. I I called at warn others that I know that use him and found that their returns were also submitted incomplete. The least I would expect is an apology and explanation. Two mistakes on one simple return is two too many. Beware this guy may have been good previously but he is dropping the ball big time. Don't use them unless you like the IRS reaching out to you.

I wish the other vendors, customers and owners I work with had the same record! Last week, I found out at about 4:40 pm that I needed something done before the end of the day.
