I uploaded it and asked if we could meet and he told me to schedule a phone call with his assistant first. Karen scheduled it and said he would call me at the appointed time, when he didn't call, I emailed him and he then called and said he "never looked at his calendar". Then he asked for access to my QB and to send my 1099s, SS etc. I did that and also uploaded all my personal, home office expenses in an excel workbook. I asked again for a meeting, he said he would do a preliminary return and then we could talk. When I looked at the return, there were some errors, but mainly because he did not understand my business and previous tax filings. I asked again for a meeting so we could go over things and if I should do something differently, fine. But he asked to do it over the phone. I said, no, I really wanted the chance to meet and talk. I received an immediate email response saying he was "terminating" any business relationship with me. I was shocked, I couldn't believe how unprofessional! I will report him to the BBB. Shocking, if there was "0" stars that's what I would give.

He worked out all their issues and I know how happy they have been. He is extremely busy and it is very hard to get an appointment with him at the time you need, but regardless, he works fast, and I've seen my tax money in my account within two weeks after our appointment. If you are interested in working with him, I suggest to call as early as possible to set up a time, as it will get harder further into the tax season. I've noticed that his address is wrong in the Yelp listing (unless he had another office before)... the correct one is: 401 S.
