My mom decided to use Turbotax this year (first time ever) and to her surprise, she already had an account created for her from last year that she didn't know about. They created an account for her and used it to complete and file the taxes. All this information was stored that only applied to last year. In other words, getting your taxes done through here is going to be a huge rip off, unless you don't mind spending hundreds of dollars on something you can do yourself.
