I recently opened a homeowners policy with Rick Greenbergs…read moreoffice and I was mostly talking to the sweet woman at the phone named Liz. She made this experience so easy and stress free. There was no pressure and no upselling as well which I heavily appreciate. It seems like they care about their customers and what's best for them, not the companies wallet and it's very refreshing to be able to speak with a human being with a personality rather then a robot. It didn't even feel like I was buying insurance! Your call might not get picked up immediately but as long as you leave a voicemail they get back to you super quick. Overall this office is operated by very nice people and I looking forward to doing business with them in the future.
