This is a family operation, and I have nothing but positive things to say about both my experience with this amazing team. I looks like somebody maybe had a bad experiences with what they expected on their tax return or some thing but I am simply basing this review off of my experience as a client, my experience with the IRS before during and since as well as my experience as someone who has worked with other people and other CPAs, if I could give six stars, I would frankly. No, we are not related in anyway no the reason generations of us continue to go to work with this company and this individual in particular is because Mr. Terry has been nothing but good to myself and everyone I have sent to him.

In the past I have delivered my tax documentation to an accountant and then waited a week or two for the finished return. Matthew did my return in real time while we went through my tax situation. We've bought other homes and the title company's were always very nice and accommodating! Ms. S. Moeser was less than pleased when she entered the room to have us start signing. No congrats, no "Hello, my name is....", and at the start of the document signing, she almost didn't tell us what the docs were that we had to sign. We had asked for clarification on some of the numbers we were being presented and she had to get someone else. That was a bit concerning. She lightened up a bit but was still stiff. Anyway, we all have bad days and maybe today was one of them. Yeah, I'm gonna go with that.

I inadvertently told by her office that I had to do a new policy since my policy had been cancelled due to missing my payment deadline. They said they would contact me with a new policy but I didn't hear from them for three days! Meanwhile I was told I had no home insurance until I approved a new plan. Fearful for my home and all the assets were teetering on the edge of disaster, I relented and contacted Allstate. They had a policy for me in a couple of hours. How is that for customer service! Don't put your house and livelihood at risk with Kristi Lucero Agency like I did. And when I got a demand letter from Farmers demanding payment for the coverage I actually did have during the renewal phase, I called her office for clarification, and yet to this day, a month later I have yet to get a reply.
