As my appointment time approached, it was right at the start of covid-19 orders so she gave a contactless option which was easy for us to work with. Nicole did a much more thorough job on our taxes and took the time to explain many things to us. She also found issues with our previous tax returns that we will be rectifying with her in the coming months. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I absolutely plan to use her in the future. I did ask a gentleman about it and his only response was "their ok." Very difficult finding a good tax facility in Levittown.

I caught the 2015 and had to pay someone else to amend after calling, emailing and stalking his office with no contact of WIlliam Smith. Now my 2016 returns are being withheld because I didn't know he messed up my 2014 too. He also messed up my mothers returns too. This guy needs to be held accountable. I hope he is not still practicing.
