It was super easy for me to make the appointment on her website. As my appointment time approached, it was right at the start of covid-19 orders so she gave a contactless option which was easy for us to work with. Nicole did a much more thorough job on our taxes and took the time to explain many things to us. She also found issues with our previous tax returns that we will be rectifying with her in the coming months. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I absolutely plan to use her in the future. So glad I finally found an accountant I can trust!

I really appreciated her kind demeanor and customer service! Nicole gave me a nice neat file for all our tax documents and even e-filed our return. It was a simple process and I left feeling confident that our taxes were done right. Her fee is so reasonable and the personal service is appreciated. Thank you!
