She gave me a number and pointed to a separate area for License photos. I was number 47. There were about 12-15 people ahead of me. There were two people at a desk up front, taking information and then taking photos. The line moved quickly, about 15-20 minutes. When it was my turn I was asked for my current driver's license n another form of ID. I had my passport. She approved everything. I had a Real ID star on my old license. She said if I still wanted that I would not be able to get my new license then n there. She explained it would be mailed to me in about 10-14 days. I agreed to that. She punched a hole in my old license and gave me a paper about having photo taken. She told me that it was not really a valid Driver's License but to keep it until I received the new one. She took three photos and showed them on a screen and told me to pick the one I wanted for new license. I did and thanked her and left. The entire process was very easy, well organized, and surprisingly pleasant. I was further surprised when I received my new Driver's License in 4 days! It was great! A friend of mine was stuck outside this business basically all day due to car trouble (11:30am-6pm) and no one (except other customers desperately trying to get their taxes) showed up at the locked gate. I've been calling for 2 weeks now, to which I still have yet to receive a call back. While I was waiting for 3 hours that day, the neighbor did me a favor and contacted one of the family members of the woman that runs this business and told me they've been made aware that I was waiting. For no one to show up knowing there is a customer that's been waiting for that long is one thing, but to also have multiple other customers banging on your gate to pay for your services while you hold their taxes hostage is a completely different situation. To say this business has wasted my time, money and energy is an understatement. This company is a complete joke, you might have better luck if you were family but regular customers clearly don't mean that much to them.

We followed up in late August and Fred did not recall us stoping by. We came to find out they were installing new carpet and they threw away all our paper work that were the originals. Needless to say we were worried about identity theft and if we would get audited we could not produce all the documents. His response was that we contact all the producers of the originals to get copies. Terrible! Go elsewhere and be warned!

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT HIRE GIRISH PATEL TO DO YOUR BUSINESS TAXES!!!…read more I have been using Cianci Tax Service since before Girish Patel became the owner after Mr. Cianci died nearly 15 years ago. I highly suggest that he not be hired to do business taxes for the population he serves at his location on E. Chelten Avenue. The first year he was paid to file our tax document and did not do it was 2023 tax year. Girish was paid hundreds of dollars to do our business taxes, he promised to file a certain tax documents: tax documents for Lower Merion Township and the 1099 tax documents for our contractors. He did not do either. We did not find out that he did not do it after the IRS informed us that "we didn't submit the 1099 information for our contractors" and the Lower Merion Township sent us letters that our business license would be terminated and was fined for "not filing". Girish was paid to do those things in 2023 and2024 - HE WAS PAID TO DO IT BOTH YEARS AND DID NOT DO FOLLOW THROUGH!!! He additionally never addressed or resolved the issue, instead he ignored all calls, emails and text. Over the years, we referred several people to Girish, including our family members. Apparently, Girish does not have proper business ethics or integrity when working with valued his services for YEARS. Although, it is in our legal rights to take this matter further to his licensing entity to get them involved, but choose to handle it differently and just share our experience and CAUTION to those in the community who use hire him to do their business taxes. I hope this helps in making a decision to use or not use his services in the future. We certainly do not trust him.
