But I have known the dear lady Raylene since, I think before the mid 1990s and she has proven herself to be the best of all agents! One time I had a claim on hail damage, and she handled that like a pro. Besides being a great and knowledgeable insurance agent, she is so much more than that! She has helped out with small to big things and not just insurance related. Things like having a stain in something and being a lady of prayer. Plus helping out those in need! Even to her own detriment. It's a good thing Raylene has a strong heart! Many times I see her doing 3 things at the same time! She is on the phone, the computer and signaling someone else, simultaneously!
She also has a good office staff, as she encourages us, she encourages them. And if a staff has trouble, she helps them find a more suitable job. She learned well from a very good, long-time agent, her farther, Kenny Lionberger! He was also very well liked and highly respected! And like she will be, he is really missed! I did have the privilege of knowing him! I believe Raylene is known by many, as Miss Lionberger. I have done some checking with other insurance companies, but they seem to come out about the same, or more $. Even after checking out those who have the slick advertising, that they are so cheap. They might start out a little cheaper, but for just a short time, then the rate jumps! And I've heard problems with claims service with some other companies, like Farm Bureau and Progreesive +. About the company saying, "like a good neighbor". She goes above that!
Would have liked to had Raylene in my Army Platoon!!! But she would have probably been in the officer ranks. Though she actually does deserve to be saluted!
