    I bought a new vehicle on a Saturday. My insurance company wasn't open. So I went through freeway…read more I asked the lady whom took the policy when Monday comes I need to cancel it. She said okay. I took it as I can call and cancel it over the phone. I wasn't aware I couldn't cancel over the phone. I was in Baytown Texas. I had to drive 5 1/2 hrs to come sign paperwork. What's the difference between e-file signature and a cancel in person. I got 300 bucks cheaper with state farm. I lost 200 and something bucks of the 695.00 I paid to get it. I only wanted to fix this but they wouldn't work with me. Then to top it off the lady Amy here at the dental Springs office. All I asked at the end of the conversation is about my money because I will get a refund. She got upset with me and I was very calm about the whole situation. Like I told her that's a lot of money. I don't understand why the lady is upset with me. I was very calm. Didn't say too much the whole time I was in here. I don't understand freeway insurance. I get it. I'm a soft-hearted person but there's no reason to treat customers the way they do. Good luck with them. Like I said this is just my opinion now. There was no reason for me to have to ask her about my refund. She should have just told it. Now she's saying I won't be till June or July. I don't know but I'm not going to let that go. That's a lot of money 500 something bucks. I can't just I screw it.
