We did good business together for 10 years or so, at least that's what I thought. Once my money disappeared, all of their attention did too. I could not even get a call back to help me plan how to handle my situation, which they helped create. In addition, I was fined by the state for procedures set in motion via their services. Again, can't even get a call back on how we could work all of it out. I was treated like a friend until I didn't have money. I still owe them money but we disagree on the amount and I have yet to get a call to discuss anything. I don't like it but I give these folks 1 star, and I wish it could only be 1/2 of a star. Something is wrong when you trust a company for that long and they just turn their back on you.
