Sure enough I recieved an additional $2k back in my taxes I wouldn't have found otherwise, and I have the peace of mind that it was done correctly. The new IRS goons are going to be cranking out audits on everyone that has $600 left in their account after they're done tanking our economy- so everyone thats surviving in the middle class should get quality representation. I highly recommend Manny Singh. He responds quickly and in detail through phone calls and through very throughough email, and explains where my taxes are being credited and offers tips to improve them for next year. I'll certainly be a lifelong customer from here out.

I was filing my taxes with Laurie for many years, very expensive but understandable because she is…read morea CPA. Payment was never a problem but because I pay I deserve the best, coming from a CPA. Around 3 years ago it seems like their offices got more clients or not sure why, but not only her but her employees (Paula and Pam) made several mistakes with me. The biggest one was when Laurie, the CPA, put my son as a dependent for both, my ex husband and I, a mistake that could have cost us a huge fraud problem with the IRS, and of course, CPAs are never liable, so be careful. About her employees, when I call for appmt, they do not return my call or they make silly excuses that "your mailbox was full" yeah, of course, but I called 3 times for a period of a month and just now you decided to return my call? Also I never receive the packages that we have to fill out in order for THEM to make it easier and not too much time with clients. Now they raised prices 10 percent!, like if we did not have enough with the pandemic and the lack of jobs, so they are not cooperative at all!. Last but not least, when we make them aware of their mistakes, their answer is, basically, "since it seems like we make many mistakes with you, you can pick some other place." Be careful!! I am not talking for myself, I have known of others complaining as well, but that, I cannot prove, I just speak out for my more than 10 years experience with her, like I said, everything was okay for the first 6, 7 years, but I would not recommend her office not in San Bernardino or Riverside, or whatever they keep adding, since it is always the same people.

I don't work directly with Mr. Stephenson, but my mom does and she loves him. I get one of the other accounts, the two females are super nice. They love to talk about family and give financial advice. I've been filing my taxes on my own since I was 17 when I got emancipated. They really helped me understand how filing taxes work and how my school, job, & future family plans work when it comes to filing taxes. They break down everything piece by piece for you to understand if you're new to taxes. They make it simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend. Their fee isn't much at all which is great for those who aren't expecting a refund, but if you are even better. That just means a bigger tax refund for you. They do direct deposit files as well & will treat you very nice and fair. They even offer you a nice soda or water or tea, haha your choice. Again highly recommend!
