I once had to explain an available tax credit to an H&R Block guy and left feeling less than confident. I ended up doing my own that year. I continued doing my own for years, but after moving to Texas I was overwhelmed at the prospect of doing a federal & state return for 2 addresses with home sales & purchases and a small business move to boot. I did some research and came across Bogle Enterprises. After reading many spectacular reviews on google I went to the website and booked an appointment. I was unsure about exactly how much time to book. Tiffany responded immediately and gave me guidance. After booking she emailed me a list of documents to bring. Well, along came the corona virus. I was notified to self quarantine following an ill-timed cruise out of San Francisco. I called Tiffany who rescheduled my appointment and reassured me we could use an online portal to begin uploading documents to keep things on track. I uploaded documents, emailed questions and arrived at my appointment with some odds & ends to discuss. My appointment with Tiffany was like meeting with an old friend. She was so engaging and welcoming that I probably stayed too long chatting. Her questions were thorough and she answered all of my questions. I even left with some useful information for optimizing our tax situation. She also does QuickBooks clean up which is invaluable for countless business owners out there. The pricing structure was very fair and clearly presented in advance of the appointment. I thought it was very reasonable for the service provided. I highly recommend Bogle Enterprises and feel great knowing that I can be done searching for a decent tax person each year.
