H&R Block *royally* messed up my and my hubby's taxes a few years ago (different location) and for…read moresome time I refused to return. We went back this year to the Westbrook Mall location and they did a fine job (as far as I can tell thus far.) I would recommend waiting till their seasoned staff are in the offices, the year they messed up was a year we tried to get them done early in February and the gentleman who did them was fresh out of their "tax school." But for our 2011 & 2012 taxes this location seemed competent.
