I have done my taxes nearly every year for over 50 years. This year I purchased H&R Block's product. It was my worst experience ever. The initial activation code never fully worked. Agents provided additional copies of the software, but each new download also gave a new activation code. Updates required contacting support for assistance each time. Now there is another update that is supposed to be available later today. And the software says there is another update next week, although technical support says no. All things considered, I doubt that I will ever purchase this product again. read more

Highly recommend using a different H&R Block. Tara was great at first till my taxes were filed. After is another story.... Their are multiple other H&R offices near by. Highly recommend staying away from this store and Tara. Unprofessional. read more
