I called back and I was told if I didnt like what she was saying I could come pick up my stuff and hung up on me again. I did nothing to provoke this and did not deserve to be treated like this. I then called and asked if Jacqui Wagner could please call me and she never responded. She obviously doesn't care the way her employees treat their clients! Safe to say I won't be returning to use this firm unfortunately. Seems like a pure money grab and they are up charging all the old clients that transferred over from ML Collier. Sad.
