I called on a Saturday afternoon and asked if I could drop off my taxes and have them done. John said he'd probably have them done in an hour, but since I don't like to wait, I asked if I could drop everything off and pick them up on Tuesday. He said, "No problem". I am writing this review to warn investors about using this firm and especially the financial…read moreadvisor Allen Costellow. I invested my retirement funds with Mr. Costellow's firm in Aug. of 2021,it was a sizable amount and Costellow said he would handle it personally, in less than 2 years with Costellow always saying we were down a little but hopefully the market would come back I found out my account was down more than 151,000.00 because of his mishandling my investments. The main reason I'm putting this on google is to help keep other people from losing their retirement funds at the hands of this firm and their financial advisor. If this firm says this post is not true I have the paperwork giving to me by Mr. Costellow showing it did indeed happen!
