We had agreed upon a fee (IN WRITING) prior to the services being performed. Our accountant, Scott, made several errors to the return, which luckily I caught prior to filing. Once the return was finally error-free, we filed and about a month later, we received an invoice for over THREE TIMES the agreed upon price!! Apparently we are being charged for the extra time it took for our accountant to fix HIS MISTAKES!! We are currently disputing the excess charges with the firm but they are threatening to send us to collections over this matter. Please don't get into this same mess that we are in with them - it has been months of going back and forth with them trying to resolve this issue fairly for the amount we agreed to pay in the first place. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to a more ethical firm!!

Then to make matters worse, after the case was already over, I called and asked a question of what he was promising to obtain from the beginning and to see if in fact it was, .....this man had the nerve to add on more money to the bill for the question on the call!
