Brandon Greene is amazing! I have worked with several different State Farm agents and he is by far…read morethe best. Prior to getting his own agency, Brandon was my preferred contact at my form agent's office. I could always count on him to answer my questions and get back to me in a timely fashion. When he began his own agency, I definitely noticed his absence. I struggled to get return calls and emails when I needed assistance. Even though he wasn't my agent, Brandon was available as a resource and gave me the help that I needed. When the opportunity presented itself for me to change agents, I jumped on it. Brandon is not only easily accessible, via email, phone, or text, but he is also very knowledgeable about the industry. In the rare event that he doesn't have the answer to my question, he always gets back to me within a few days. When I was involved in a minor accident and had to file a claim, Brandon reached out to make sure I was okay. He assisted me in reviewing my policy and made recommendations regarding my coverage. I'd recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a great and caring agent. He's the best!

Terrible. NEGLIGENT. We had been clients of this agency when it had a prior owner and came back…read morethinking the standard of service would be maintained when it changed hand to Brandon Greene. First of all, when we transferred our homeowners insurance back to State Farm, Brandon failed to make sure that we had the same coverage as our previous plan with a different agency. As a result, we were unaware that we didn't have a jewelry rider-and the worst case scenario happened: I lost my wedding ring and came to realize I didn't have it insured. Which was devastating. The SECOND problem occurred today when I found out that after the purchase of our new house this summer, Brandon Greene failed to remove our old house from the plan and thus we have been paying for insurance on a HOUSE WE NO LONGER OWN for almost 5 months. This agency is the most irresponsible service I have ever encountered. Needless to say, we have switched companies.

While I won't speak to the quality of the insurance itself, which had its pluses and minuses (I will say I was generally satisfied with it), I was always really impressed with the customer service at this agency. The employees, especially Michele, are pleasant to deal with and really go above and beyond to help resolve problems. I always feel like they're on my side. I have now moved out of state and started renting my property and they are assisting me with finding new insurance as a landlord. The people at the agency have been nothing but helpful and communicative in navigating a fairly tricky process. I will miss this agency, and I never thought I'd be saying that about an insurance agent!

We unfortunately got hit by another deer and of course State Farm is covering zero. They lie to get your business and each billing cycle the price of the policy went up in cost with no claims. Be careful when dealing with this outfit and make sure you read all the fine print because you can not trust them. I didn't read all the information because I trusted Jessie. Now I am paying out of pocket .
