Ive never been able to have my taxes (more then a simple return but not all that complicated since I have a small at home business) done correct and back to me in a reasonable time. Ive always got my tax stuff to them every march and the return always get extended every year and I don't get them back to me until September or October every year for one excuse after another... I used to pay $300-500, now they are charging people $1000-$2000 for the same exact work!!! Not sure whats going on, heard they are doing everyone's taxes at the Louisiana office now and cant get in touch with anyone there either! Guess its time to use someone else in town or learn to use turbo tax :(

It took 7 weeks to finally complete my taxes, when originally told 3. Not hard and well organized paperwork. The real problem...they have no respect for their clients. I can not tell you how many times I called, with no return call. Then when he would call, he would lie to me about the stage of my tax prep! Avoid at all costs!
