However, the two females working in this office when we visited to renew in Dec 2020 were shockingly rude, not just to us, but also to others. I know these are stressful times for some, but it seems important to stay professional at your job even if you are stressed from COVID too. The sign out front said max 2 clients. There 1 client inside, so I attempted to walk inside, but was rudely told to stay outside. So I waited politely. But when it was my turn to go in, another couple walked right in front of me, and the staff person said they could come first (it was pretty obvious that they were friends of the staffer). The people waiting behind me even spoke up in my defence and said it was my turn; and she rudely scolded them and told them she didn't know who was in line, but she was serving these people first. It was extremely rude and very uncomfortable. None of the people waiting were upset, or rude...only the staff people working...The people waiting behind me got tired of waiting and ended up leaving after being spoken to so rudely. They said they wouldn't be back. I'm not sure we will be dealing with Hub in the future either.
