If I had paid for a standard cleaning, I still would have been unhappy...it was that bad. They showed up with a bunch of people and tried to work super fast so they could get to the next client, but they left SO many things untouched. I honestly couldn't believe it. I notified them within 24 hours, as instructed in THEIR email, of the things that were not addressed (it was a long list), and the owner called me with an attitude and said they would not be coming to fix what they had ignored. It was an opportunity to practice good customer service and make it right, and she did the complete opposite of that. I have NO idea how they're still in business. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Don't waste your money.
