    The trunk level which no longer works

    Upon arriving to drop my car off, all customers were in a line to speak to their designated service employee. The service employee at the far end of the desk stood up after his customer was finished and announced to all the customers and employees in the room "Alright, I'm gonna take a f*cking mental break." My service employee Alex had misinformed me a number of times regarding the service process and service timeline. I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day and in reality after being unable to reach Alex for nearly a week my car was not close to being done. Alex told me to pay for the service when in fact, progressive had already sent Kia Motors a check for the service. When I retrieved my car, the car was left with dirt on the driver side upper cabin fabric from a service employee brushing against it. The broken glass from the window that was shattered was still left as is inside the car and when I asked if the service employee could vacuum it, he said he wasn't sure if he could vacuum it for me. The service members did not remove any of the broken glass from inside the car door, and is still rattling around while I drive. Finally, the service employee opened the trunk from the lever inside my car when he retrieved it for me, and now the level no longer works. So not only was my car not appropriately managed during service, there was further damaged done to the car by service employees. Lastly, Kia never put the "anti-theft" stickers on my car until I noticed and requested them.

    IF I can give this place 0 stars I would and I'm talking about the service department and my advisor Jill, not sales. But I've taken my car here 2 times in the past 3 months. First time my car shut off on me and I took it in and they said nothing was wrong with it, second time I took it in they kept my car for 2 months and gave me a brand new engine and had it installed in just one day. I got my car back and 2 days later my check engine light came on and my car keeps on jerking and RPM goes up and down so obviously something was missed. I'm not happy with them whatsoever and I'm going tomorrow to HOPEFULLY get this fixed cause this is ridiculous. Do not waste your money here.

The finance manager and sales guy Brody were great to work with! Brody really did a good job of closing the deal. While I waited for my truck to get detailed and go through inspection, I was given a loaner truck for a couple of days. Unfortunately, we worked with another sales guy for this loaner truck who wasn't very good at customer service. My dad informed the sales guy that the loaner truck was not running properly when they showed it to me to buy. My dad was a mechanic, he should know if a truck's engine sounds right. Then without my knowledge they gave me this same truck as the loaner! Less than 12 hours later I'm calling the sales guy to let him know that the check engine light is on. Brody worked with me to make things right and even wiped down my truck for me after detailing did a bad job. Long story short, I had a rough experience at this location... I didn't even mention everything bad that happened, but there were also some great hidden gems found. Like the finance guy who gave my Big Brothers Big Sisters Little $20 to go to the pumpkin patch after we got done picking up my truck. That was a moment that made it worth it.

This is the second rat-fink experience and the reason for the review. The first experience is a review of its own. I went to Ford Papillion this morning to look at a jeep. I test drove the jeep, loved the jeep and ran the numbers with Tomas, the salesman. It was looking promising but they just needed to research my trade-in a bit more to get the payment in a better range. I have a Camaro SS that is parked /stored for the winter and that I wanted to trade-in. The Jeep was a certified Baxter vehicle that had a check engine light on when I test drove it. After I was done test driving, they were taking it to the service department to look at it. I ended up leaving the dealership at this point because of the service department having the vehicle and waiting to hear back for updated trade in values. Anyways, they never reached out. Never followed up about service inspecting the engine light. I was reluctant to bring in my Camaro before hearing back from Tomas on the check engine light. If I'm going to pull my Camaro from storage, it better be worth while . I had to call several times about the jeep and ask about any updates. Tomas, the salesman, was never clear on the phone about what was going on or where they were on the process and that he'd reach back out when he knew more information (never did). After a couple hours waiting, I finally call again, and Tomas informed me that another person had taken the jeep for test drive and was in the process of finalizing the sale. Granted, I never had a written agreement with the company to buy the vehicle but it's poor salesman and horrible business. It was just a what the f**k moment of trying to work with Tomas and Baxter to make the sale happen and before I got any clear answers, the vehicle was gone. Felt like I was just pushed to the side when I was there early this morning, ready to work a deal. It definitely left a very sore taste.

My vehicle had only six miles on it when I took it home, yet no one installed the required front license plate bracket--even though the state mandates a front plate. The salesperson was friendly enough, but mostly unnecessary since I already knew exactly what I wanted. Before filling my tank or giving the required full charge, he asked me to complete a review for him. I never received a full charge from them (I purchased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe)--not at purchase and not since. The biggest issues came from the finance department. I was given misleading information that increased my purchase price significantly. When I confronted him about the numbers, the price was quietly adjusted--but he took my tax break for himselves without informing me or asking for permission. That alone was beyond unacceptable. The only reason I've returned at all is because the purchase included a couple of free oil changes. I'm here today for a SCHEDULED oil change and was just told it will take an hour and fifteen minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. This dealership has been nothing but a headache. Between the dishonesty, the lack of communication, and the consistently poor service, I HIGHLY recommend that no one comes here. They are a complete joke, and I regret doing business with them.

When I finally decided to begin the car buying experience, I once again returned to Woodhouse Place Nissan. Working with Anthony was great. He offered assistance and information without ever being pushy. After deciding test driving to cars (neither which I bought) Anthony still remained patient and great to work with. I told him exactly what kind of car I was looking to buy (Nissan Altima) and although the dealer did not have them, Anthony offered to have the it brought over from another Woodhouse dealer. Although I wanted to buy a car from Anthony, I continued to look at other dealers and was disappointed. I was either ignored, pressured, or the sales representative had a negative attitude. The customer service at the Woodhouse Place Nissan was unmatched. After test driving the Altima and having some final questions answered, I decided to buy from Anthony. I got a great deal. The financing department was easy to work with as well. After buying my first car at the Woodhouse Place Nissan, I still received great service. Anthony continued to check in and let me know that should there be any issues, he and his team would do there best to resolve them. If you are looking around or looking to buy, I highly recommend working with Anthony Vo at Woodhouse Place Nissan. Upon further inspection they found more grit under the factory paint!! They take pictures do the estimate and tell me me i need to take it back to the dealer i leased from i will be provided a loner while my car is being repaired. On the scheduled day i drive to the dealer and nothing but unprofessional attitude from the service manager!! im told to "point out where all the grit was or their not going to do the repair"??? "I don't believe Hyundai told you too do that" "you did it wrong you should have called us first" on and on, (their own body shop took pictures and wrote an estimate?!) it had also rained that day so the car was very dirty and wet! How am I supposed to point out on the spot what the body shop found?! they also had no loner and gave me attitude about that, i called Hyundai help line they called the dealership and the general manager came out to see me he looked for all the pictures and information on the estimate which he found, i was then given a crappy Sana Cruse (with all of their dealership advertising all over it!! Like want to be a rolling advertisement for the dealership thats treating me like crap!! my much nicer Santa Fe should have been replaced by a similar vehicle!! My husband has always driven a Hyundai & had all the repairs done at the dealership. Well, not anymore! We're done with this dealership & the rip off mechanic repairs. We took our 2016 Hyundai Elantra in for a new transmission after 120,000 miles. $4,000 for a rebuilt with 1 year warranty. After 8 months it started to slip again. We had to wait 4 weeks to take it in. They blamed it on a cracked front bumper that cracked the transmission fluid box. They sent pictures. There is no scrapes or scuffs on the box or sub frame. Our insurance wouldn't even cover the repair with this non-sense! They said we would have to pay another $4,000 for another rebuilt transmission. We asked to talk with the manager. We were told they would put on a new fluid box & run a diagnostic test to be sure the transmission was good. Why wouldn't they run a diagnostic test the 1st time to be sure the transmission wasn't good when they told us we have to pay $4,000 again for another rebuilt? They called us the next day to say it's still not working. At this point we're not getting it fixed, but have to pay $800 for the fluid box (they can't put it back in the box) & $250 for the diagnostic test. They're terrible for not covering their warranty! My family will never come here again.

They're really fast so I just work from the lounge and enjoy the complimentary pop and snacks, and whatever daytime tv is on. Last visit I came in, and they suggested I get my brakes done. I got a quote, and then compared it with a few other brake places around town, and Woodhouse was the best price! Plus I had a coupon, so I feel great about my service. They aren't overly pushy or salesy, and give good honest feedback. I will continue to get my service done here.

However, my recent interaction at the Dodge location--with Jeff, the Manager--was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Woodhouse or any dealership. When I asked to test-drive a Corvette--priced at approximately $75,000--Jeff became immediately defensive. I explained that I am exploring several options, including the Corvette, an Audi, and other vehicles, and simply wanted to drive the car before making a decision. Given my long history with Woodhouse, I did not believe this was an unreasonable request. Jeff refused to provide his business card, raised his voice, and ultimately asked my son and me to leave. He even stated that "people drive them when they purchase them," which I found hard to believe and inconsistent with industry practice. His behavior was abrupt, unprofessional, and entirely unnecessary. I have never witnessed a manager react in such a triggered and defensive manner. If I--or any employee on my team--behaved this way in front of a customer, I would expect immediate disciplinary action. After this experience, I will not be returning to Woodhouse. It's clear that my business is not valued, and I will purchase elsewhere. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had.
