Jason came out, checked my roof, tarped and patched all the spots with missing shingles, took a tons of photos for my insurance co., and with his 30 years of roof experience told me, "you're definitely going to need an entire roof." Welp, he was right and when my insurance came out and assessed everything, they agreed. Sadly, my insurance company dragged their feet for about two weeks until finally sending me the money for the roof. Once I sent Jason the down payment for materials, they were delivered within four days and two days later I had an entire crew at my house.
