Very friendly, helpful, and multi-lingual staff (including English) makes each stay a breeze. Great breakfast buffet (and dinner selections) at the on-site restaurant. Rooms are new, clean, organized, quiet, and dark when the drapes are drawn (easy to rest whenever you need that jet lag nap). Bathrooms have awesome roomy showers and clean linens. Zero problems to report. Workout room and on-site bar near the lobby. Later this year an on-site spa will be opening. Located about halfway from airport / TGV train station and center of Lyon. But easy access to the center of Lyon by public transportation (city bus to Metro station then Metro to downtown or other destinations - which is what I did at the suggestion of the front desk staff). Or...have the front desk call a cab (but that can be 20 minutes wait time). Highly recommended for anyone needing a comfy and reliable room close to the Expo site!

We planned a trip to Lyon but the main intention was to go to the France vs. USA soccer/football…read moregame at the Groupama Stadium, which is on the outskirts of Lyon and actually in the town of Meyzieu. Checking in was easy. Friendly guy at the desk. Very helpful. The room was very big. It was so modern, very clean and a nice sized television. Oh, really big bathroom too although the shower was one without a wall or curtains around it so when you shower you soak the entire bathroom. Who designed such a set-up anyway?! But very clean and lots of hot water. Got nothing bad to say about this place. Whenever I get back to the area, to see the Lyon team play, I'll definitely stay here. It's only about a 10 minute drive to the stadium BUT there are also shuttle buses outside the hotel that you can take to the stadium. Actually the buses leave from the McDonalds which is right next to the hotel.

Facilities in rooms were standard, with a bigger than usually expected TV - and all are well maintained and cleaned. Thanks for having us!
