He helped me with all the questions I had. In Addition, they were really good about finding deals and paying at a later date. However, there were two major things I didn't like. 1. I gave them my registration for my car, and then after I left the registration at the shop, I went back and asked if I left it. I was told no, but when I went back for the actual work to be done on the car, surprisingly, my registration just "appeared"... so I had to pay for a new registration since they couldn't find it the first time although when I went back, it magically appeared. 2. The work which was performed on my car was supposed to take 1 hour. I stayed in the shop for two hours. Car just sitting outside after the first 60 minutes. Work finished and everything. The actual job should have took about 45 minutes. I think I'll be going to a different shop from now on. If all Toyota shops in Germany are like this, I'll take my chances doing the work myself. 3. I just feel as if I should have went to a different shop.
