We tend to have a trip to Gunaydin a few times a year. Your experience is entirely dependent on the quality of your server as the food is absolutely amazing.
I wouldnt reccommend visiting during Ramazan because it doesnt do the place justice. Normally, they have a series of appetizers per person. These included stuffed dried eggplant, boiled bulgur covered meatball, tiny lahmacun. You can also ask for small salads like baba ganush and ezme too.
The second course is a choice of meat. When we go as a family we get the mixed grill for however many people we have.
The third course is a Gaziantep dish called Katmer. It is fried pistachio in large baklava pastry served with ice cream. Melts in your mouth.
