TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to just hang up and laugh at someone and act like it's no big deal. This place is doing the whole gaming/card community a disservice. Use another place more trustworthy that will not cancel orders on you. Very very sad a store would do that to their customers. Hope they enjoy their 2.5 star review on Facebook! Trash company if you can even call them a company. EDIT: They ban anyone who leaves a bad review on their Facebook page. I can't access the Facebook anymore to see my review. Clearly shows how they manipulate their reviews to seem like a " good" store. Makes this whole situation even funnier and sadder because they know they were so wrong they have to go block people to pretend they didn't screw over the card community.

This is the kind of store that embodies all the reason you should shop locally, and my story…read morereally proves that point. With a young son, I wanted to get a train set for under the Christmas Tree last year. I was hoping to get a decent set - one that he could use with his own family someday. Against my better judgement, I opted for a great looking set at a great price on eBay, instead of just buying one here. The set arrived - and it did look great on the outside. The inside was another matter. All of the copper was corroded to the point that it powdered off the circuit boards. This is where my story with the Electric Train Depot begins... I stopped by there in early December, just to see what was wrong and what could be done to (hopefully) fix the train. Jeff (the owner) looked at it, and tried to run it to no avail. It was pretty much a paper weight, and my controller was toast as well. Next thing I knew, Jeff let me borrow a loaner locomotive because he said we needed to have a train under the tree while he sent mine out for evaluation and maybe repair. He also explained the controller I needed, as well as a bunch of other pointers for a newbie. This didn't necessary save Christmas, but it helped make it really, really awesome. My son's engine was eventually repaired, and is now in service. What was maybe going to be a Christmas Tradition has become a year-round hobby with a small folding table. For that, I must thank Jeff, Pam, and Jessica for all their help! Definitely a FIVE STAR out of five star experience. That and who doesn't love toy trains?

The Old School has their dressing rooms closed so uniforms can not be tried on, but they still decide to charge a 15% restocking fee because a teenage girl needed to return the school uniform shorts that didn't fit and were purchased only TWO days ago (never worn and still had tags on). Absolutely ridiculous! We usually buy all of our uniforms here as well as our monogramming. From now on we will drive to Sport N Center in Denham Springs.
