I inquired about their prices and the beds they offered and was dismayed to find that they only had 20 minute beds or turbo beds. The prices were high by my standards (20 minute bed unlimited tanning 35 a month and the turbo bed was an astounding 80 a month. I was not offered a complimentary tan and opted to pay for one to see if I liked the beds. They cashier passed me off to another worker who signed me up and took my money. I was instructed on the operation of the bed and left to enjoy my tan. The bed was a low end small bed that I couldn't even turn over in midway through the time. I found it irritating that it was my only option for the money I could afford to pay to tan per month. I finished my tan and was asked if I enjoyed it. I found them personable and enthusiastic. I only wish they offered complimentary tans to potential customers. There is no way I would pay $80 plus tax for a bigger bed so that I could tan comfortably. If price is no issue with you, good luck with this tanning salon.

In the businesses that I have owned or worked for, you always accommodate the customer, no matter what. If this was my business, me or my employees would close the door at five and stay with a good attitude until the last person was out the door. I will not be going back. What a thousand star place!…read more Yeah, im a secret eavesdropper. I am a terrible human being. So my colorist, "Awesome Lady with Genuine Concern For Her Clients" (man! Her mom must have been drunk when she named her that!) Was chit chatting with.... "Gertrude". (Name changed, obv. She has a super adorable real old days name irl.) So wow, Gertrude and ALWGC4HC (what a pretty acronym! Just rolls off the keyboard like buttah! Ok, henceforth, she shall be referred to as Awesome.) Dang. Anyway, Gertrude and Awesome were chatting, and Awesome is a-freaking-mazing. Just genuinely sincere and... Awesome! Gertrude decided she wants to see Awesome every week. I know! Fascinating stuff, right?! Here's where Awesome first showed her sparkling luster. Awesome carefully helped her mentally through which days of the week might not be good for Gertrude, based on things like a senior food delivery, when her adult daughter comes to town to help her out, etc. Finally they decided on a day; by now I was nearly in tears at the awesomeness and thoroughness of Awesome. She cares about her clients so much, she can't hide it. So then it was my turn. She remembered my name! I only told her it on the phone when I booked the appointment. And etc, she is the real freaking deal. She is giving me a ride a mile back to my semi when she is done, because she can't bear the thought of me walking on the rain with a fresh new dye job I adore this place. First of all the lady who did my haircut cut my hair like a MAD MAN. She was soo violent and didn't listen to me, didn't pay any attention to the Images I showed. I expected this so again probably my fault. I felt she was rushing her ass off. I wish she had listened to me and took her time. I've never had anyone hurt my head before while shaving the sides but she managed. I was shocked she didn't actually draw blood. I asked for a Mohawk and showed many images of what I wanted. By the end she asked me if it was okay and it was AWFUL. I didn't want to tell her anymore what I wanted because it was soo bad I just couldn't handle it anymore. I needed to leave. I get it. They didn't want to cut my hair or my sisters hair and rushed it. If you want any kind of cut that isn't just a normal womens cut I would advice against going here. My sister had images for a pixie cut and also didn't get what she asked for. She asked for her bangs to not be cut straight across and now she looks like baby Huey. Horrible HORRIBLE experience from someone who has such anxiety for getting haircuts because no one EVER listens to me not EVER. This just solidified the fact not only will I never NEVER get my hair cut here again, that I will never get my hair cut in Oklahoma again. And I unfortunately live here.

I first got my nails done on Monday, by Tuesday afternoon the polish had ripped completely off four…read moreof my nails. I went back in on Wednesday, and they were very nice. They fixed the polish, but by Thursday my thumb polish nail had ripped half off again. I've had this exact polish at another salon in the past, and it's lasted for weeks. It's now Sunday, 6 days after my original appointment and I have an appointment to get them redone somewhere else tomorrow. I'm very disappointed, as a fill and polish change cost me $40 and it lasted less than one week. I am giving a 2 star review rather than a 1 because they were very nice.
