This used to be a really lovely gym when I first joined a couple of years ago. It is still beautiful inside, and the equipment is still good, but it is very overcrowded now and can be difficult to get the slot you want. It is also difficult to park there now as it is now oversubscribed. There is a very high staff turnover now and so there is no longer the personal touch there once was. I totally agree that its probably the best value gym in stafford. I have being a member for almost 4 years now and would have no hesitation in recommending the gym to a friend. The atmosphere has been restored with the gym being under new ownership since early this year and all the staff are approachable and friendly. All in all a great place to work out and only 30 mins a session....what more could you want? read more
