This gym has so much potential but the place is absolutely filthy dirty. There is dirt and dust everywhere. No one re racks the plates and you have to roam around looking for them all over the place. Showers have not been changed in years and have a lot of mould growing on the sealant. It's a real pity because they have the best machines that money can buy but no one seems to clean the place properly. read more

There is something for everyone at our fabulous health and fitness club in the heart of Naas. The club offers a 25 metre pool, fully equipped gym, new functional area, studios, 3x squash courts, 35ft climbing wall and health suite. Our REP's registered team of fitness coaches are here to help you get the fitness results you want in a fun and supportive environment.

History

Established in 2000.

Established in 2010. Prime Fitness Limited trading as Gym Plus have eight fitness clubs in Ireland and have been in business since 2010. Two of our clubs are based in the centre of Dublin; Ballsbridge and Clarendon Street and the remainder are in Ashbourne, Cork, Drogheda,Rathfarnham and Swords. Our clubs are kitted with the most up to date gym equipment including TRX, functional training, Keiser indoor cycling, strength equipment and much more. The studio offers a range of group exercise classes and our members also benefit from a swimming pool, spa pool and sauna.

Dermot has been looking after the club since 2015 and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with him. His attention to detail and interest in fitness ensures members get the best product and service around.

The membership is expensive and for a year i transferred from Kilashee but Im going back. The opening hours suck. closed holidays. Sundays 10am -5pm. Most people want to go early in the day or late at night so the day can be used for other things like work etc. We dont all work 9-5 Mon Friday locally.

It's hard work, not an easy fix short cut. But coupled with the sensible eating plan (not a fad diet) it gives great results. There is a real team atmosphere between the clients and staff. You feel the staff are interested in helping you get the results you deserve. I couldn't recommend Evo enough. Its the best system I've tried since giving up team sport. Its made a real difference. Worth the time, money and effort.
