HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team! Cannot express how great they are!!…read more We called last week to express concerns on our clogged gutters, and a spot that was leaking water through by our front door. While talking, they mentioned they could also get a piece of missing siding replaced! I had a piece that I bought as the wrong color wanting to replace it myself, but didn't have a ladder tall enough. This was a no brainer to go with them, since they could get all of our needs met in one visit and had availability to do everything within a few days of me calling. While cleaning the gutters, they noticed things like incorrect screws keeping them up, and went ahead and replaced them for us! They also fixed some of our shingles on the roof line that were popping up behind the gutter so that they lay flat again. They did a great job cleaning, cleaned up the job site, and the siding looks amazing. I am SO happy to have all of these things done! They did this all for a great price and were in and out in 2 hours. I have so much peace of mind now knowing that all of these things are finally done. PLEASE call these guys for your exterior needs, they're worth it! I will definitely be using them for years to come! THANK YOU!!!

Our living room needed some serious work - a window cut in, sheetrock work due to the window & to…read moremove utilities along with finishing work and a fresh coat of paint. Newcomb Maintenance came highly recommended. Unlike the other area contractors, he actually returned my call almost immediately and came the same day to review the job. He arrived as promised, taking a few measurements and making a sketch as we talked. He submitted his quote via email followed by a call in case I had any questions. To say that it was reasonable is an understatement - he came in at a third of the first bid that I received. Amazing. When the work began, Mr. Newcomb arrived with his crew - reviewed the project points and made the necessary introductions. From that point, the work moved quickly and ever so efficiently. Each day the team arrived as promised, worked diligently and only took a break for lunch. Four days later the work was completed and Mr. Newcomb returned for the walk through to inspect the work. Everything was handled with care - from first meeting to review the project to planning the job to execution to finishing and even cleanup. Newcomb Maintenance is a highly professional team with the knowledge, know-how and diligence to get the job done as efficiently as possible. We highly recommend them for any contract work your household or business may need.

This company was hired as a sub contractor from Equity Home Improvement to remodel my bathroom…read more This company's work ethic is horrible , I was told when they would show up and they never showed when they were supposed to and never called to communicate anything. When they did show up they worked 2 hours maximum any day they were here. They stole the product I paid for and they chipped the vanity I paid for . They left the job that was supposed to take max 3 days and they left it unfinished after 2 weeks . They were supposed to replace and flooring under my old tub that was not replaced. The plumbing was done wrong and they did not replace or clean out the old pipes so water could get through. They were told to leave because I refused to pay the last installment where I was going to be charged for them putting in my new floor and pipe in my new vanity and I already told them I would have someone else do that. There workmanship was so poor I didn't want them to do anything else but get my shower in especially since they had already been in my home for two weeks. The company Equity Home Improvement told them if I did not make that last payment in the next few minutes they were to leave my house. So they did and took the product , the bathroom doors and safety bars that were paid for and when they opened my vanity box they chipped the porcelain sink and that was something I paid separately for. This company is not reliable and their work needs some heavy improvement. Plus the fact that I am disabled and recovering from major surgery living with my elderly mother and with no working bathroom.
