Despite several attempts to address the issue directly and seek a resolution, my concerns were dismissed and ignored, with the justification of their 'right to refuse service' and that a 'business decision' is exempt from the value statements they adhere to. This left me feeling that the decision was not based on fair or professional criteria.
My interactions with them were disappointing and raised questions about their professionalism and fairness in handling vendor applications.
